These terms explain how NORDEGA handles made-to-order home bar enquiries and agreed projects. Because each project is shaped around the customer, specific pricing, delivery arrangements and project details are set out before an order is agreed.
Made-to-order projects
NORDEGA bars are made to order. Size, finish, options, pricing, delivery arrangements and lead time are discussed with you as part of your enquiry and confirmed before production begins.
Quotations and order details
Any quote is based on the project details shared with NORDEGA. If those details change, the quote or next steps may also change. Please check that the agreed size, finish, options, contact details and delivery information are correct before confirming an order.
Payment
Payment steps are explained when a project is agreed. NORDEGA will set out the amount due and how payment should be made before production begins.
Delivery
Delivery options, cost and timing depend on the project and location. These details are discussed as part of the enquiry and agreed before an order is placed.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Made-to-order items are created around the agreed project details. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact NORDEGA as soon as possible so the stage of the project can be reviewed. If something is not right when your bar arrives, contact NORDEGA first so the issue can be assessed and the next step explained clearly.
Care and use
Your bar should be used and cared for in a normal indoor home setting unless otherwise agreed. Please follow any care guidance provided with your order.
