At NORDEGA, we aim to keep delivery simple, clear and reliable.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, we aim to prepare your order for delivery or collection within up to 5 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
For custom, made-to-order or larger items, timescales may vary depending on the agreed design, finish, materials and delivery arrangements. We will confirm any specific timescale with you before your order is accepted.
DELIVERY AREAS
Delivery options may depend on your location, the size of the item and the access available at the delivery address.
If delivery is available for your order, we will confirm the delivery details with you before the order is finalised.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs may vary depending on the item, location and delivery requirements.
Any delivery cost will be confirmed before your order is accepted.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Many NORDEGA products are handcrafted or made to order.
If your item is custom-made, the delivery or collection timeframe will be discussed with you as part of the order process.
We will keep you updated if there are any changes to the expected timescale.
ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
For larger items, please make sure the delivery address is suitable before placing an order.
Please tell us about any access issues such as stairs, narrow doors, restricted parking, tight hallways or difficult access.
If access information is not provided and this affects delivery, we may need to rearrange delivery or discuss additional costs.
DELIVERY DELAYS
We do our best to meet agreed delivery timescales, but delays can sometimes happen due to circumstances outside our control.
If there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your item when it arrives.

COLLECTION
Where collection is agreed, we will confirm the collection location, date and time with you directly.
Please do not arrive for collection until a collection arrangement has been confirmed.
